Welcome to Babow (website), a vertical of Krushirang LLP and a Team Krishirang initiative. We are dedicated to bringing the authentic, wholesome, traditional food rooted in rural Maharashtra to homes worldwide.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, located at Website ("Site"), and your purchase of products from us. By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use this Site or purchase our products.

1. About the Site and Services

The Site serves as an online platform for selling 'Babow' Traditional and Nutritional Food products, including but not limited to Laddus, Chivda, Pickles, and Powders.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

2.1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into these Terms. If you are ordering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2.2. Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes (unless explicitly authorized for resale). You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Site or which may harm Krushirang LLP.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site, including introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malicious code.

  • Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site.

2.3. International Use

While Krushirang LLP is based in India, the Site and products are designed for consumers worldwide. If you access the Site from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including those related to food imports and customs.

3. Product Authenticity and Nutrition Information

We believe that truly nutritious food must be good for people and the planet.

  • Recipes: Our products are co-created with skilled local Sugaran women and women's self-help groups (Bachat Gat), developed for authentic, traditional taste.

  • Ingredients: We make zero compromises on quality, using only natural and fresh produce. Our focus is on restoring nutrient-dense food without unwholesome additives.

  • Nutrition: Our food is a rich source of natural proteins, fibers, and essential vitamins for wellbeing. Any nutritional information provided on the Site (e.g., "RICH IN IRON") is based on standard calculations and direct sourcing for specific ingredients (e.g., Hulga for iron) and is intended as a general guide. It is not medical or dietary advice. You should consult a medical professional for specific dietary needs.

  • Handmade Nature: Since many products (like Laddus and Chikki) are handmade or co-created by artisans, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur.

4. Purchasing, Pricing, and Payment

4.1. Order Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Your order is an offer to buy from Krushirang LLP, which is only accepted when we ship your product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order.

4.2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the final checkout stage is the price you pay. Prices do not include shipping costs or any applicable duties/taxes for international orders, which will be calculated separately.

4.3. Payment

We accept various forms of payment as displayed on the Site (e.g., credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, COD in specific regions). You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide. Payments are processed securely.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellations

5.1. Shipping

Our priority is to ensure your products are packed securely (in immaculate, sanitized spaces for maximum safety) and delivered to you fresh.

  • Domestic (India): Covered by our domestic shipping partners.

  • International: 'Babow' is proudly delivered globally from India.

  • Terms: Specific shipping timelines, costs, and terms (including customs/duties responsibility for international orders) are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy.

5.2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (Laddus, Chivda, Pickles), we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has left our facility.

  • Hygiene: This strict policy ensures that the food delivered to you has never been compromised.

  • Damaged/Defective Goods: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is defective, you must follow the reporting process (within 48 hours with photographic proof) detailed in our Return Policy. Verified claims will be resolved by providing a replacement or refund (at our discretion).

  • Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds for preference.

By placing an order, you agree to the full terms of our Return Policy.

5.3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within [6 hours] of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site, including the Babow and Team Krishirang names and logos, product names (e.g., Multi-grain Chivda, Dink Laddu, Puran, Flaxseed Powder, Amba Vadi), photographs (including the complex, textured product arrangements shown in image_12.png or image_18.png), graphics, text (including our mission statements like "A 'Team Krishirang' Initiative. Let's make healthy people: healthy nation!"), the layout, and design elements are the property of Krushirang LLP and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or sell any content without our express prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

7.1. Allergen Information

Our products are made in a facility that also processes other allergens (e.g., peanuts, nuts, seeds, wheat). While we maintain immaculate, sanitized spaces, cross-contamination is always possible. Persons with severe food allergies must exercise extreme caution or avoid our products.

7.2. Liability Disclaimer

This Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krushirang LLP (including its partners, Team Krishirang members, and Sugaran artisans) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Krushirang LLP or any of its partners, members, employees, or artisans (including Team Krishirang) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Site, products, or these Terms. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim, regardless of the form of action, shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment gateways). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
